Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to spearhead the development of innovative solutions in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality research output and product-ready solutions.

This position is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.) and will be proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.

Furthermore, they will have experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and model optimization (quantization, pruning) and will be able to translate business/clinical/industrial needs into AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong publication/patent record (for R&D roles) or deployment history (for industry roles).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and model optimization (quantization, pruning).
