Program Management Lead Opportunity

This role involves overseeing end-to-end programs to deliver business outcomes, support organizational strategy, and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Establish best practices and operational frameworks within global capability centers to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure smooth transitions of projects and processes into the global capability center with minimal disruption to operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks associated with transitions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the transition are executed effectively and efficiently.

Requirements for success:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in leading process migrations & other transitions, program management and change management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA from a premier business school
  • Professional certification in Program Management e.g. PgMP / CPM / Prince 2
