Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management expertise, preferably in product delivery, and experience in leading multiple teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to drive outcomes, with prior experience of managing minimum one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) and banking project experience is mandatory. Familiarity with technology is essential but not necessarily as a technical expert.

Apart from these skills, the candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to manage a team size of 8-15 associates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects ensuring timely completion, meeting quality standards and staying within budget.
  • Drive multiple teams towards achieving project objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain open communication lines with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members and clients.
  • Analyze and resolve project-related issues promptly and professionally.
