AI Visionary Lead

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our AI strategy and drive innovation in personalized matchmaking platforms.

  • Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap to power real-time decision-making models and enhance developer productivity.
  • Champion the integration of AI and LLM's to boost code quality and recommendation engines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Innovation: Develop and execute innovative AI strategies across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and lead a world-class data science team, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Affinity for AI/ML/LLM: Experience with Langchain, GPT APIs, Recommendation Systems, and AutoML.
  • Data Expertise: Strong understanding of real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, and churn prediction models.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for data science.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
