  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and experience with designing AI products.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking and ability to connect individual data visualizations to create a coherent experience.
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Manage project expectations through visibility, negotiating scope and timelines.
  • Good understanding of design systems and proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
