We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary
Technical Lead
to lead our embedded engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of cutting-edge firmware solutions. You will serve as the senior-most technical expert in client interactions and play a key role in mentoring internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end embedded firmware and hardware development for innovative product solutions.
  • Define and oversee system architecture, development roadmaps, and R&D strategy.,
  • Act as the senior technical representative in client meetings, providing expertise and guidance.
  • Review and validate design documents, schematics, and firmware/code developed by the team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, software, QA, and manufacturing.
  • Ensure delivery of technically sound and production-ready solutions within project timelines.
  • Mentor, guide, and upskill internal technical teams, promoting a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, Linux, Android, C/C++, and board bring-up.
  • Experience in working with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa, ARM Cortex, MPU, Android/Yocto, ZephyrRTOS, FOTA, 4G/5G, MQTT, Modbus (RTU/TCP), Zigbee, FTP/RTPS/TCP-IP/UDP/Sockets, NB-IoT/CAT-M1/OCPP, DLMS.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as logic analysers and firmware debugging tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
  • Ability to lead teams, make technical decisions, and drive execution with minimal supervision.,
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines
