Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring all interactions are handled professionally.

This role is a blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Support:
  • Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process and provide guidance and support.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
