Operations Leadership Role

The Operations Director will be responsible for driving and leading all operational functions effectively, with a focus on process improvements.

  • Operational Oversight: Lead the operational due diligence for new clients and develop an operational strategy for the business.
  • Center Management: Manage onshore centers for patient collections and insurance billing.
  • Process Enhancement: Perform process improvements of existing processes and analyze trends affecting coding, charges, accounts receivable, and collection.
  • Team Development: Motivate and lead a high-performing management team, including training, coaching, and competence assessment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project transition, handling entire functions of Healthcare RCM Process, AR & Denial Management, and Client Relationship Management.

They should also have knowledge of company policies and procedures, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interact with patients, organizations, and other employees.
