Key Deliverables:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and project managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic procurement plans.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
