Pega RPA Automation Expert Wanted

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pega RPA automation expert to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using the Pega RPA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test automation solutions using Pega RPA platform.
  • Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand and automate business processes.
  • Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Monitor and optimize bot performance for efficiency and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
  • Prepare and maintain knowledge base articles for known/unknown issues.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident handling, change requests, and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and provide weekend assistance when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting automation using Pega RPA (Robotics Studio).
  • Strong proficiency in workflow creation, scripting, and business logic implementation.
  • Solid programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java.
  • Proven expertise in production support: incident management, change management, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills in live environments.
  • Experience in integrating Pega RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call/weekend support.
