Automation Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in Python development and data manipulation to drive business efficiency and innovation.

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist who can assess, design, and implement automation solutions that enhance organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Development:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create clear documentation.
    • Design and develop automated solutions using Python, cloud infrastructure, and source code control systems.
  • Data Management & Automation:
    • Develop and maintain efficient data management scripts and queries to import, clean, transform, and augment large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:
    • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery meetings.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to roll out completed solutions and ensure successful implementation.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems. They should have strong analytical skills, experience with user stories and acceptance criteria, and proficiency in Python development.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of RPA technologies, automated testing, and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence. Associate-level technical certification is also desirable.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role. The candidate should be able to work independently, design and evaluate key metrics, and collaborate effectively with business partners.
