Automation Expert Wanted

As a skilled Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing technical automation solutions and developing, testing, and maintaining established processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain solution with established processes by conducting analysis, eliciting requirements, assisting in design, writing correct and clean code leveraging best practices.
  • Act as the Scrum Master of the development team and provide code review for developed components and processes.
  • Define and manage solutions for Hyper-automation projects along with Team Lead of Intelligent Automation team.


About the Role
  • Provide technical guidance during implementation of automation solutions, document creation, development.
  • Act as an SME on development best practices and Automation lifecycle.
  • Manage and organize developers' Scrum procedures and track overall progress.
  • Plan agile procedures and development cycles, reviews, and managing daily stand-ups.
  • Oversee the status of tasks and epics in Jira and ensure regular updates from country business team members.
  • Align closely with Automation Team Lead on realization of standards and governance within country business and resource planning for development.
  • Review and sign-off of Automation SDD Technical Design Document creation along with Team lead. Solution Architect can be requested to support on a case-by-case basis.
  • Ensure use of reusable codes to improve quality and implementation speed of automation solutions.
  • Remain up-to-date on product releases and roadmap and act accordingly.


About You
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Automation delivery, esp. development and testing in UiPath.
  • Basic knowledge of other technologies like SQL, VB scripting, Java Scripting, Python etc.
  • Understanding long-term stability and effectiveness of automation solutions.
  • Extensive experience in the UiPath automation lifecycle.
  • Experience on Scrum, Agile leading principles, preferably certified Scrum Master.
  • Experience in integrating different applications using web services or Rest APIs etc.
  • Experience on infrastructure models like VMs, Servers etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.
  • Professional certificate in Advanced RPA Developer, UiARD is required.
