Technical Lead - Automation Solutions Architect

Are you a seasoned expert in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with leadership skills? Do you have experience designing and implementing scalable RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our team of innovative software developers. As the leader of this project, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with RPA tools, expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management. Additionally, they will have strong programming skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar, and experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RPA team in the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to RPA developers and analysts.
  • Oversee the management of RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
