Senior Change Manager

This is a key leadership role for driving complex change projects in the financial and regulatory reporting space. The successful candidate will have experience in managing implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, insurance companies covering automation of regulatory and risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, insurance companies covering automation of regulatory and risk reporting.
  • Develop detailed project plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies, stakeholder coordination.
  • Explain and lead client conversations on the features of solutions and explain how business requirements are met.
  • Design the development of solutions covering data management, computations, and end-state reporting outputs.
  • Pro-active approach to process improvement and query resolution.
  • Understanding of financial products and their impact on reporting requirements, and more generically, the financial services business, balance sheet, and P&L.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and generate regular status reports for management to highlight processes, challenges, and key milestones.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or financial services.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA degree.
  • Fluency in English language and MS Excel application experience.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment and travel occasionally.
