Job Title: Senior Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve results-oriented goals.
  • Build a collaborative culture focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high net worth individuals (Ultra-HNIs).
  • Provide personalized investment solutions and timely advice to clients.
  • Address client concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis & Advisory Support
  • Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments.
  • Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.
  • Support clients with portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.
