Senior Order Management Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee order processing and billing activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Key Activities:
- Coordinate the management of orders from placement to delivery, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Supervise a team responsible for equipment database maintenance, processing, and validation.
- Review legal agreements for completeness and adherence to company policies.
- Manage equipment databases, performing updates, additions, and cancellations as needed.
- Validate revenue recognition criteria through accurate invoicing and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Perform regular reconciliation and reporting, including monthly verification of revenue data.
- Ensure record retention and archiving in accordance with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order management and billing, preferably in a global or multinational setting.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication and strong sense of accountability.
- High level of urgency and passion for delivering excellent service and problem solving.
