Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage the full sales order lifecycle.

The role involves inter-departmental coordination, technical document submission, receivables follow-up, and formal correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong letter drafting skills, and the ability to speak in Hindi.

  • Order Management: Receive and process customer orders, verify accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, product codes, taxes, and schedules, coordinate with production, planning, and inventory for timely execution.
  • Documentation & Technical Submissions: Maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches, coordinate with design/engineering teams to collect and submit technical documents, track submission dates, approvals, and customer responses.
  • Communication & Letter Drafting: Draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence, clarifications, time extension requests, contract amendments, and follow-ups, ensure high standards in written communication.
  • Customer Coordination & Payment Follow-up: Communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules to clients, follow up with customers for receivables and pending payments as per commercial terms.
  • Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time dispatch, ensure accuracy and compliance in dispatch documents.
  • Reporting: Maintain dashboards for open orders, document status, dispatch timelines, and receivables, share regular MIS reports with management.
