We are seeking a seasoned specialist to lead product development and scale-up initiatives in our innovation-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research and development of water-based acrylic emulsions for diverse applications.
  • Design and optimize polymerization processes for new product formulations.
  • Oversee the synthesis and scale-up of polymers for paints, adhesives, and construction chemicals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition lab-scale innovations to commercial production.
  • Conduct performance testing, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of product lines.
  • Maintain documentation, IP records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in water-based acrylic emulsion chemistry.
  • Strong command over polymer synthesis, emulsion polymerization, and formulation science.
  • Proven experience in scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial scale.
  • Familiarity with application-specific requirements in paints, adhesives, and construction chemicals.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in characterization techniques (e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR, Rheology).
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior researchers.
