Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced production supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and dispatch processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards, managing storage and serviceability, and optimizing space and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials
  • Maintain safety and quality standards in the warehouse
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting
  • Optimize space and consumables in the warehouse
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems
