**Job Title**: Production Associate

**Location**: Jhagadia, Gujarat

**Job Type**: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts
**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year (Fresher also Preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Assist in routine maintenance and machine setup
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Maintain quality and process standards during production
- Support shift supervisors and production leads with daily tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the shop floor (5S practices)

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Freshers welcome (0-1 year of experience)
- Basic understanding of production machinery and tools
- Willingness to learn and work in shift-based operations

**Skills Required**:

- Good physical stamina and willingness to work in a factory environment
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
- Basic communication in Hindi/English

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
