Process Improvement Specialist

As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and implementing process control plans to ensure optimal plant performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, leveraging your technical expertise to drive continuous improvement in standard deviation of key process parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Lead engineering efforts to improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field from a premier institute
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in continuous manufacturing facilities, with a strong background in process management and leadership
Skills:
- Manufacturing process understanding
- Production strategy development
- Organizational skills
- Teamwork and coaching
- People management and training
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in plasterboard, cement, or cement boards production are highly preferred.
