Technical CRM Consultant Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Technical CRM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using various integration tools and techniques.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of technical tasks.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM technical development and support.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and tools.
  • Strong understanding of integration tools and techniques, including REST APIs, SOAP, and data migration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Immediate availability to join the team.
  • Proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementations.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
