Job Opportunity: Technical Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in working with integration tools and techniques.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Development: Develop and implement custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • System Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using various integration tools and techniques.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of technical tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM technical development and support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and tools.
  • Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration tools and techniques, including REST APIs, SOAP, and data migration tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
