Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to expand the use of Dynamics 365 across the organization in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Dynamics 365 modules for maximum performance.
  • Customize and configure CRM components, including forms, business rules, business process flows, and security features.
  • Develop and maintain plugins, web resources, workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate and streamline processes.
  • Leverage SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI to create reports and dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support agile development and deployment practices.
  • Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems via REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing forms, business rules, business process flows, and security features.
  • Hands-on experience in developing plugins, web resources, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with system integration using REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
