Effective Dynamics 365 solutions require a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain enterprise-wide CRM systems to drive customer engagement and revenue growth;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to migrate legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy tailored technology solutions that meet evolving business needs;
  • Provide expert-level support for all aspects of Dynamics 365, from setup and configuration to advanced customization and troubleshooting;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft product releases, updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and optimize system performance;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and implement tested solutions that meet or exceed expectations;
  • Lead efforts to improve overall system efficiency, scalability, and reliability, leveraging data analytics and other tools as needed;
  • Maintain accurate records of system changes, configurations, and issue resolutions, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization;

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM implementation, customization, and administration;
  • Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps/Power Automate, and other relevant technologies;
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical strategies;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines;
