Job Title: Dynamics 365 Architect

 

Role Overview:

 

  • We seek a seasoned expert in Dynamics 365 CRM architecture to design, develop and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate has strong experience in Dynamics 365 architecture, integrations and customization, along with the ability to lead complex projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end architectural guidance and best practices for CRM implementations.
  • Design and integrate CRM with other business applications and systems using Azure services, APIs and connectors.
  • Ensure CRM solutions meet business goals, scalability and security standards.
  • Mentor development teams on Dynamics 365 technologies and tools.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years in CRM solutions, including experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, plugins, customizations, and SDK.
  • Experience with integration tools like Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or third-party APIs.
  • Deep understanding of security, compliance and governance in CRM implementations.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines for CRM projects.

Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-600, MB-210, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
