Job Title: HR Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing Human Resources team and drive strategic initiatives in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, setting clear objectives, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance and effective management.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll and statutory filings.
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Develop culture-building strategies and execute targeted initiatives to boost engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Embed organizational values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards frameworks, including compensation cycles and incentives.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development, including certification tracking and impact reporting.
  • Drive corporate social responsibility strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, and TA metrics.
Required Skills:
  • Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
