Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

In this pivotal role, you will take on a leadership position, guiding and mentoring junior representatives in deciphering complex policies and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Deliver training sessions to enhance the understanding of intricate policies and project management skills among team members.
  • Investigate and resolve intricate customer inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs to equip colleagues with in-depth knowledge of loan servicing terminology, financial services, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reconcile loan advances and payments, ensuring seamless transactions with member banks and customers.
  • Support loan trading and assignments, fostering effective partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Take charge of resolving complex customer issues, coordinating efforts across multiple teams for optimal results.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal customers, fostering open communication and mutual trust.
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise sound judgment in decision-making, staying abreast of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Commercial Loan Servicing or equivalent, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
