Job Description

You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications, and services using various tools.

Your key responsibilities include identifying, acknowledging, and logging alerts, events, and anomalies; escalating incidents to L1/L2 support teams based on defined SOPs and severity; performing basic health checks and validations as per runbooks; tracking and updating incident tickets in ITSM tools.

  • Perform real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications, and services.
  • Identify, acknowledge, and log alerts, events, and anomalies.
  • Evaluate and escalate incidents to L1/L2 support teams based on severity.
  • Perform basic health checks and validations as per runbooks.
  • Track and update incident tickets in ITSM tools.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hands-on experience in monitoring tools and ticketing systems, good communication skills, ability to follow SOPs, strong attention to details, and sense of urgency.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to ITIL processes and certifications in basic IT/networking such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, CCNA IS Plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT monitoring or helpdesk roles with relevant skills in monitoring tools and network operation centers is required.
