Lead Growth Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our growth strategy. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline creation for our B2B and B2G businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation & Funnel Management: Develop and execute an end-to-end demand generation strategy, creating and executing multi-channel campaigns, designing lead capture and scoring processes, and ensuring timely handoff of MQLs to Sales.
  • B2B (CyberSecurityForce) Growth: Run account-based marketing programs, drive webinars and thought leadership content, collaborate with channel partners, and develop compelling whitepapers and case studies.
  • B2G (CyberDome) Growth: Build government-focused campaigns, support tender desk with content packs, drive presence at government expos, and strengthen policy advocacy and PR.
  • Content & Messaging: Ensure consistent brand voice across enterprise and government narratives, partner with agencies for design and creative assets, and develop ROI calculators.
  • Analytics & Marketing Ops: Implement and optimize MarTech stack, track and report key metrics, drive continuous optimization via A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Agency & Team Leadership: Manage in-house growth marketing team, coordinate with external agencies, build a culture of data-driven marketing, and foster experimentation.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with exposure to B2G/government marketing preferred.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise technology, or GovTech.
  • Proven track record in ABM, digital marketing, PR, and events; strong understanding of funnel metrics and MarTech tools; ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
