Lead Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to drive growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling fleet acquisition & retention, supporting cross-functional teams, and leading driver engagement initiatives.

  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to improve our footprints.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, driver research, and survey activities to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Support GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, ensuring that we have a sufficient number of drivers to meet demand.
  • Conduct market share analysis and create plans to improve our market presence.
  • Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters to find top talent.
  • Build relationships with local authorities to facilitate effective supply management.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to onboard new and active drivers, increasing our user base and revenue.
  • Take ownership of various projects and initiatives to drive brand recognition and name awareness in the market.
  • Identify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisition to expand our reach.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the consumer tech industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities or regions.
  • Gritty and proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenging tasks hands-on.
  • A go-getter with the ability to solve multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills, using data to drive informed decisions and solve complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A deep understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
