Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. As a senior leader, you will lead a team of operations leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

To achieve this, you will:

  1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align design and production timelines.
  2. Manage internal stakeholders to meet customer promises and quality standards.
  3. Own the customer experience from project booking to handover.
  4. Act as a point of escalation for regional issues and resolve them within committed ETAs.
  5. Continuously coordinate with teams to enable faster issue resolution.
  6. Empower your team by hiring top talents and ensuring they adhere to defined processes.
  7. Ensure timely customer move-in, high CSAT scores, and quick escalation resolution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations similar industries.
  • Direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, written, and oral communication skills.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
