Technical Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our company's headquarters in Germany as part of our growth in India. The successful candidate will participate in an on-the-job training program and will be responsible for defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective IT strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management to oversee overall responsibility for IT & Digitalization functions, including people and budgetary management.
  • Provide technical support, guidance to IT Support Specialists, and address/resolve IT issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as a Technical Manager or other relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical management skills, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems expertise. Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security, and other IT compliance standards is advantageous.
