IT Infrastructure Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to lead the management of our entire IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT infrastructure management and a proven track record of delivering effective IT services.

  • Develop Strategic Direction: Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic direction for the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future scalability.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
  • Lead IT Security Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive IT security initiatives encompassing vulnerability management, incident response, threat mitigation, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Oversee IAM and Endpoint Management: Ensure the effective implementation and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, Conditional Access policies, and endpoint management using tools such as Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage Business Management Systems: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Business Management Systems (BMS) including access control systems, CCTV, and related security technologies.
  • Ensure IT Compliance Frameworks: Establish and maintain robust IT compliance frameworks, coordinating with internal and external audit teams to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and Mentor IT Teams: Lead and mentor IT infrastructure and security teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Plan and Manage IT Budgets: Collaborate with finance teams to plan and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Implement Disaster Recovery Plans: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management principles and a proven track record of delivering effective IT services.
