Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Professional to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and secure flow of data between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems. They will implement advanced wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi 6 and private 5G to support robust connectivity, automation, and real-time data monitoring.

Achieving disaster recovery and business continuity planning is crucial in minimizing operational disruptions and ensuring rapid recovery from any incidents affecting network services. This role requires technical expertise in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as strong vendor management and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience with managing network infrastructure, collaborating with production and IT teams, leading the installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, and monitoring and troubleshooting network performance. They will also be responsible for planning and executing network upgrades, expansions, and modernization initiatives, ensuring network scalability to support future production needs and business growth.

Additionally, this professional will be responsible for implementing and enforcing network security policies and controls, managing relationships with network vendors and external partners, developing redundancy strategies to prevent network failures, and overseeing documentation and compliance with network management standards and protocols.
