Job Description

We are looking for a charismatic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Executive. As the face of our restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued from the moment they step through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the floor with warmth and enthusiasm, coordinating tables and maintaining smooth service.
  • Champion the guest experience, ensuring every diner feels like part of the family.
  • Coach and guide the team, keeping service staff upbeat, trained, and aligned with our mission to provide exceptional dining experiences.
  • Upsell with charm, offering special treats and promotions that delight our guests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails (a plus).
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
