About the Role
  • Launch and scale high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (FB & Insta)
  • Optimize relentlessly by tracking key metrics and squeezing out better results daily
  • Test like a pro by leading structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting
  • Collaborate with creatives to turn bold ideas into ads that convert
  • Dive into data to analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and translate numbers into next steps
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, preferably in D2C or agency settings
  • A passion for numbers, data, and dashboards
  • Confidence in using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets
  • An analytical mindset combined with creativity – knowing when to crunch numbers and when to experiment
  • Self-starter attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to try new things in a fast-paced environment
