Job Description

Project managers play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion. This involves coordinating various aspects, including estimation, design coordination, production planning, site execution, and final handover. The primary objective is to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimation & Project Planning
    • Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and cost estimates.
    • Review technical specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
    • Develop project schedules with milestones and timelines, ensuring smooth progress.
  • Site Visits & Client Coordination
    • Conduct site visits to assess project scope and constraints.
    • Provide technical guidance during client meetings and negotiations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project.
  • Design & Technical Coordination
    • Coordinate with design teams to validate project designs and drawings.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Production Planning & Procurement
    • Plan fabrication schedules to meet project deadlines.
    • Monitor production progress at factories, ensuring quality control.
    • Source materials and equipment, managing procurement effectively.
    • Track material dispatches to sites as per project schedules.
  • Site Execution & Monitoring
    • Supervise construction work, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Manage subcontractors, labor, and equipment deployment efficiently.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success.
    • Address on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.
  • Project Completion & Handover
    • Oversee the rectification of snag lists before handover.
    • Compile final project documentation, including as-built drawings and quality reports.
    • Conduct client walkthroughs and obtain approvals.
    • Support the accounts team in processing payment milestones.
