In this Program Coordinator role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, supporting learners, and coordinating with internal teams for a seamless learning experience.

  • Learner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues for a positive experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (course designers, tech support, instructors, course SPOCs) to manage program timelines, ensure alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines set by the process.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English abilities.
  • Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per business requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer support role with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Technical proficiency with software platforms and tools, preferably with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with team members.
