Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Program Management Specialist. This role involves supporting cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives by maintaining the Integrated Workplan, facilitating planning workshops, and assisting with resource forecasting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with integrated workplans and resource forecasting processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Integrated Workplan, ensuring all program activities, milestones, and dependencies are up-to-date and aligned
  • Assist in standardizing resource forecasting and capacity planning across multiple initiatives and workstreams
  • SUMmarize strategic insights from integrated plans to optimize timelines and resourcing across the program
  • Ensure smooth user experience of project management tooling and assist with configuration updates and continuous learning
  • Facilitate preparation and execution of integrated planning workshops, including material creation, meeting management, and follow-up
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 7-11 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in project or program management
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience managing and updating integrated workplans across multiple initiatives
  • Familiarity with resource forecasting and capacity planning processes
  • Experience facilitating planning workshops and/or events, including agenda creation and follow-up coordination
