Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Application Support team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for our applications.
  • Identify and resolve application-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our applications and technologies to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in computer science or IT with at least 5-7 years of experience.
  • Expertise in Oracle, SQLs, IIS, Payment System, JBoss, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge on Finacle Support is desirable.
  • Finacle Product Knowledge for Payment system.
  • IBM MQ Support, JBoss, Apache Tomacat, Java knowledge is desirable.
  • ITIL Framework knowledge.
Other Responsibilities

You should also be willing to accept rotational shifts (24*7) and banking working days.
