We are looking for an enthusiastic
Application Specialist
to join our team at
MyPm
. The role involves applying for jobs on behalf of candidates, actively hunting for recruiters who are hiring, and managing professional communication through emails. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys coordination, communication, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply to relevant job opportunities on job portals on behalf of candidates.
  • Identify and connect with recruiters and hiring managers actively hiring.
  • Draft and send professional emails to recruiters on behalf of candidates.
  • Maintain records of applications, follow-ups, and recruiter responses.
  • Support candidates throughout their application journey by ensuring timely communication.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of the job application process.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    6 months of recruitment experience
    (mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
