Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves identifying and securing suitable retail properties for new store openings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property searches, coordinating with key stakeholders, and negotiating the best possible rentals and terms.

To excel in this position, you will need to analyze locations and catchments to determine the most strategic sites for new stores. You must also be able to develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities through both organic growth and acquisitions.

In addition to property acquisition, this role requires coordination with various departments until store launch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, business acumen, and experience in real estate and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Property search and selection
  • Negotiation and acquisition of properties
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including landlords, developers, and project consultants
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with various departments until store launch

Requirements:
