Job Overview:
This role is responsible for driving growth and profitability of our e-commerce business by managing key accounts, optimizing product listings, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Bigbasaket etc.).
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance.
- Product Listing and Optimization: Ensure accurate and compelling product listings on all e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve search visibility.
- Monitor and optimize product rankings.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including promotions, discounts, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Optimize inventory allocation to maximize sales and minimize stockouts.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting: Track sales performance and generate regular reports.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
