Our team is looking for a seasoned Project Delivery Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

  1. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report status.
  2. Support quality assurance goals and participate in release management cycles, including analysis, risk identification, and mitigation.
  3. Coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and process implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  4. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
  5. Measure project performance using relevant metrics and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
  7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure delivery of complex development projects.
  8. Lead cross-functional project teams to drive business outcomes and deliver results.

We require a professional with exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, solid organizational skills, and a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
