Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Delivery Specialist to play a pivotal role in the integration of our projects. This full-time position involves developing and maintaining protocols and execution plans for Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the utilization of BIM across project teams.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows, standards, and protocols within MEP project teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their BIM requirements and develop execution plans for deliverables.
  • Promote best practices and workflows through documentation and communication.
  • Provide technical support and act as liaison with BIM specialists.
  • Lead and manage teams of CAD/Revit modelers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain quality control and adhere to company standards.
  • Utilize Navisworks tools for review, documentation, and QA/QC.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and BIM management.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience with Navis for coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve complex problems.
