**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Specialist to oversee the administration and maintenance of our project management systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient operation of JIRA projects/boards, including workflows, fields, permissions, automations, and integrations.
  • Maintain high-quality product documentation, encompassing PRDs/BRDs, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process maps.
  • Coordinate and facilitate agile delivery cadences, including grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain executive and team dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish and manage a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) linking business objectives to epics, stories, test cases, and releases.
  • Collaborate with teams to define test scenarios and manage defects in JIRA.
  • Prepare comprehensive release notes, change logs, and deployment checklists.
  • Standardize project management templates and SOPs, including charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and status reports.

Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis/PMO/Product Operations with hands-on JIRA and Confluence expertise.
  • Demonstrated track record of running successful agile delivery cadences and maintaining high-quality product documentation.
