Job Description:

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the cold zone finishing process, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and control operations, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify any potential safety and environmental issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices among your team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the cold zone finishing process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the iron and steel industry, preferably in a cold finishing role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
