Key Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our operations excellence department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
- Cash Management Operations: Assist the Manager in daily operations to achieve service quality by meeting/exceeding service standards and achieving zero defects for Cash Management Operations.
- Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide oversight across multiple hubs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business conduct requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, system risks, and channel risks associated with products and services. Develop and implement control measures and monitoring plans to ensure compliance and operational risk management.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Qualifications: University educated, relevant professional memberships and certifications.
- Languages: English language proficiency.
