Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and selling BPO/IT services to decision makers in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and sell BPO/IT services to companies in the US and Canada.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Set up conference calls and present to decision makers.
- Meet or exceed sales quota and acquire new logos.
- Provide sales training and coaching to BDE's and lead by example.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of sales experience in selling BPO/IT services to companies in the US and Canada.
- Proven ability to set up conference calls and present to decision makers.
- Excellent prospecting, presentation, and pipeline building skills.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales quota and acquiring new logos.
- Able to provide sales training and coaching to BDE's and lead by example.
- Proactive team player who can work with minimum supervision.
Work Schedule:
The successful candidate will have a flexible work schedule with shifts from 4PM to 1 AM and 5PM to 2 AM.
Location:
The role is based in Chennai (navalur) and Vizag.
